Summary
[edit]DescriptionStorm damage, Sherwood Pines - geograph.org.uk - 329646.jpg |
English: Storm damage, Sherwood Pines Sherwood Pines Forest Park was badly hit by the storm force winds of January 2007. Around 70,000 trees were blown down. The forest had to be closed to the public for a couple of days because it was unsafe, and as of today access was still restricted in some areas for tree clearance and repairs, including the Go-Ape adventure course, which was damaged.
