Description

Øresundsinstituttet har identifierat sju huvudsakliga svenska aktörer som har förvärvat och äger fastigheter i Danmark. De är Wihlborgs, Castellum, Niam, Balder, Heimstaden, Akelius och Klövern. Dessutom finns hotellaktörerna Pandox och Midstar som är medräknade i totalsumman för det svenska fastighetsbeståndet i Danmark i denna rapport. Utöver det har Ikano Bostad under hösten etablerat ett danskt dotterbolag och rekryterat en dansk vd med intention att etablera verksamheten på andra sidan sundet. På sidan 14 och framåt finns intervjuer med några av dessa aktörer.

Kortet viser årstallet som selskabet gennemførte sit første køb i Danmark, det samlede areal som de ejer i Danmark, inden for hvilket segment de satser samt i hvilke geografiske områder.
