Summary
[edit]DescriptionStone walls reaching up to Rhinog Fawr - geograph.org.uk - 1276853.jpg |
English: Stone walls reaching up to Rhinog Fawr On the southwestern slope of Rhinog Fawr, coming up from Nantcol. The wall coming in from the left in the middle distance is the outer limit of the enclosed land. Since it is no longer regularly grazed, the land below the wall has turned into boggy rough grassland. Beyond the wall, the landscape changes entirely: the ground is largely dry and covered in scattered rocks and heather, the typical Rhinog environment. The mountain shown in the background right is Rhinog Fach. |
