Description Orig. Flickr desc: In the foreground is a stone hagabi that was commissioned to be made by Owen C. Tomlinson, Ifugao’s first American military governor who served from 1911 until 1915, for the inauguration of the then sub-province's administrative building. In the background is a war memorial patterned after a traditional Ifugao house and built in 1974 to commemorate the end of World War II in the Philippines.
