Dear Ms Garner,

Can you please arrange for someone to explain to me and my ward colleagues why it has apparently proved impossible to turn off these three street lights during the day. They have been "day burning" for at least two months and - according to local residents - far longer.

I took a new photo this afternoon - Monday 9 April. Posted on Flickr. [Above.]
