Deutsch: Am 5. Juni 1993 fand am Rhein eine Sonderfahrt mit den Lokomotiven 38 1182 und 94 1292 statt. Ziele waren die Steilstrecken Linz – Kalenborn und Boppard – Buchholz. Mittags hatte der Zug von der Linzer zur Bopparder Steilstrecke gewechselt. Die Teilnehmer der zweiten Gruppe mussten sich sputen, den Sessellift zeitlich passend zu erreichen. Die Fahrt war im Preis der Dampfsonderfahrt enthalten. Abweichend von der früheren Fahrordnung befand sich 94 1292 hierbei vorne am Zug.
English: On June 5, 1993, a special trip took place on the Rhine with locomotives 38 1182 and 94 1292. The destinations were the steep lines Linz - Kalenborn and Boppard - Buchholz. By midday, the train had switched from the Linz to the Boppard steep line. The participants in the second group had to hurry to reach the chairlift in time. The ride was included in the price of the special steam train ride. In a departure from the previous timetable, 94 1292 was at the front of the train. |
