«Statsakten» var en seremoni og et propagandaarrangement på Akershus slott i Oslo under andre verdenskrig 1. februar 1942 da rikskommissar Josef Terboven innsatte Vidkun Quisling, leder for Nasjonal Samling (NS), som «ministerpresident» i Norge, og de tyskkontrollerte kommissariske ministerne ble erstattet av «den nasjonale regjering» utgått fra NS. «Statsakten» markerte at Quisling fikk den formelle makten i Norge, og ved lov av 12. mars 1942 ble NS «statsbærende parti». Quisling hadde håp om at ordningen også skulle gi NS reell makt og føre til fred mellom Norge og det nazistiske Tyskland, som hadde okkupert landet siden angrepet 9. april 1940, men tysk tilsynsforvaltning gjennom Reichskommissariat Norwegen fortsatte som før inntil frigjøringa 8. mai 1945.
