Description
English: Petty Officer 2nd Class John Murphy, a boarding officer at Coast Guard Station Michigan City, Ind., hands a boat inspection report to a recreational boater in Trail Creek Channel near Michigan City, while Petty Officer 2nd Class Ralph Turner, also a boarding officer, stands guard, Aug. 4, 2012.
