Description
English: A depiction of the main language (official language or lingua franca) of each South Asian nation's states/provinces. The Maldives is excluded.
Different language families are in different colors: Indo-Aryan languages are green, Iranic languages are dark-green, Dravidian languages are purple, Sino-Tibetan languages are red, and Turkic languages are orange.
