Sir Ernest Littleton Groom (1867-1936) was the Darling Downs member of the House of Representatives. Pictured from the left are: Mr Johnson-Smyth (Chairman of the Shire), Donald Cameron, Sir Littleton Groom, Mr J. Barnes, Major Costello MLA, and an unknown gentleman on the end. Seated on the front left front of the dias is Mr A. E. Bateman, the show secretary. Mr F. R. Jones, President of the Show Society, is sitting to Sir Littleton Groom's left, obscured by a trophy.
