Summary
[edit]DescriptionStand of monkey puzzle trees - geograph.org.uk - 1725534.jpg |
English: Stand of monkey puzzle trees. This stand of ten monkey puzzle trees (Araucaria araucana) is becoming a landmark, being perhaps thirty feet high now. A native of the southern Andes, where they normally grow at over a thousand metres altitude, they are easily able to withstand the winters on this exposed hill.
