На марке слева изображены представители детской и молодёжной организаций, возлагающие цветы к бюсту Дзержинского. На марке справа изображён портрет Дзержинского. На купоне между марками — переведённый на немецкий язык отрывок из стихотворения В. В. Маяковского «Хорошо!
