Deutsch: Breslau im Siebenjährigen Krieg. Aus dem Stammbuch des Kaufmanns Johann Gottfried Rüde aus Lauban (Schlesien), 1754-1796, mit Nachträgen 1869-1888; neben dem Eintrag vom 20. September 1760 "... erinnere Dich des 1ten Aug. 1760 unßer Stadt Breßlau; was Deine Jugend in einer Belagerung erfahren." Die Belagerung Breslaus und seine Bombardierung durch die Österreicher unter Ernst von Laudon. Breslau von Süden. Blick von den Anhöhen im Süden über den Schweidnitzer Anger zur Breslauer Altstadt. Im Vordergrund Kanonenbatterie; in der Bildmitte Kurtine des Äußeren Breslauer Festungsgürtels mit vorgelagertem mit Wasser gefüllten Festungsgraben (Schweidnitzer Stadtgraben), dazwischen zur Bastion mit Ravelin und Ravelinbrücke (Grabenbrücke) ausgebautes Äußeres Schweidnitzer Tor; im Hintergrund Breslauer Kirchen und Rathausturm unter Bombardement. Fliegende Kanonenkugeln; Rauchwolken innerhalb und ausserhalb des Festungsgürtels.
