Chief Petty Officer Rudy Radakovich (right), officer-in-charge of Coast Guard Station Cleveland Harbor, Ohio, and Chief Petty Officer Patrick Owens salute during the National Anthem played during the Station Cleveland Harbor change-of-command ceremony, June 22, 2012.
