| Description |
English: St Patrick's church near Ballymena Given its proximity to Slemish 206769 it is not surprising that there is a church here dedicated to St Patrick. This is St Patricks in the parish of Ballyclug alongside the Ballymena to Larne road. The foundation stone was laid on St Patricks Day 1853 and the church consecrated in 1855. Despite being so close to the main road the church has a pleasant setting, surrounded by trees. |
