Summary
[edit]DescriptionSt Nicholas Church, Keyingham - geograph.org.uk - 765436.jpg |
English: St Nicholas Church, Keyingham, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. Stone monument near the western entrance to the churchyard off Church Lane, dedicated to Eleanor, beloved wife of C C Francis, who died on 24th October 1867 and to her infant daughter Sarah who died in 1852. Most of the headstones at St Nicholas were taken up at some point and lined up against the south wall of the churchyard. A new parish cemetery on Eastfield Road 263338 was in use from December 1898 after the churchyard became too full. |
