Summary

[edit]
Description
English: St Mary's, Wharf Road Located near the corner of Wharf Road and Corporation Road. In 1897, a tin chapel dedicated to St Mary was built at this location. After a fire in 1949 destroyed the parish church, St Mary's took over this role while St John's was being rebuilt. The tin chapel was later rebuilt as the small brick building seen here.
