Description
English: St Endellion: Port Gaverne.
  • View towards the lime kiln and converted fish cellars. There were once two lime kilns here. Only this structure survives.
  • Of the fish cellars there were once four in the hamlet. Two, the Rashleigh and the Union, are now owned by the National Trust. The fish, packed in straight-sided barrels, was exported to Italy and to the West Indies
