Summary

[edit]
Description
English: 'West' end of St. Barnabas' Church, Warrington, Otago, New Zealand. Stained glass windows made in the Munich Studios of Franz Meyer and Franz-Xavier Zettler. Intended for a Catholic church in Brisbane, but payment was refused because of hostilities between Australia and Germany in the Great War, and the windows remained in storage in Dunedin en route. Purchased by the Anglican Bishop of Dunedin Samuel Nevill for installation in St Barnabas.
