Description
English: Musician 2nd Class Steven Freeman, assigned to the U.S. 7th Fleet band, Orient Express, plays for spectators at the University of Da Nang during a sports exchange held in support of Naval Engagement Activity (NEA) Vietnam. The NEA provides opportunities for U.S and Vietnamese naval professionals to share best practices and maritime skills. Maritime skill exchanges between the two navies are non-combatant events, such as military medicine, search and rescue, diving and salvage and shipboard damage control.
