Description
English: Spirit of St-Louis photographed at National Air and Space Museum. The Spirit of St. Louis (Registration: N-X-211) is the custom-built single engine, single seat monoplane that was flown solo by Charles Lindbergh on May 20-21, 1927, on the first non-stop flight from New York to Paris.
Français : Le Spirit of Saint Louis est l'avion utilisé par l'aviateur américain Charles Lindbergh pour effectuer la première traversée aérienne de New York à Paris – en solitaire et sans escale – les 20 et 21 mai 1927.
