English: ISS009-E-05024 (29 April 2004) --- As seen through a window on the International Space Station (ISS), the Soyuz TMA-3 capsule departs from the Station carrying astronaut C. Michael Foale, Expedition 8 commander and NASA ISS science officer; cosmonaut Alexander Y. Kaleri, flight engineer representing Russia’s Federal Space Agency; and European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Andre Kuipers of the Netherlands. Undocking occurred at 3:52 p.m. (CDT) on April 29. |
