Description
English: The ICC-400W is a 14-digit, four-function electronic desktop calculator. Sony's first generation of electronic calculators.The display utilizes Nixie tubes.The calculator are utilizing Sony-made hybrid circuit modules that containː transistors, resistors, diodes and capacitors, placed on a ceramic substrate covered with a potting compound. As the main storage this calculator are using a magnetostrictive delay line. Manufactured by SONY, early 1970s.
