Description Lt. Col. Christopher A. Landro, battalion commander, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, took time to pass out candy to local children in Fallujah, Iraq during Operation Matador. The operation took place in the city's Andaloos District where in recent months Coalition Forces have been targeted. Iraqi soldiers, Iraqi Police, and Marines all worked to together to clear the area of possible insurgent activity. Landro, 46, is from Kennesaw, Ga.
