Description
English: A Marine with 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, provides cover fire with an M240B machine gun squad automatic weapon during a live-fire, squad attack exercise Feb. 20, 2015, at Camp Upsher, aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va. After the simulated mortar fire, two M240 machine guns were fired to further suppress the enemy and allow Marines down range to get into position and attack the enemy positions.
