Description
English: Smoking cessation is the process of discontinuing tobacco smoking. Tobacco smoke contains nicotine, which is addictive and can cause dependence.
فارسی: ترک سیگار عبارت است از روند قطع مصرف دائم تنباکو. دود تنباکو نیکوتین دارد که باعث اعتیاد می‌شود. خلاصی از نیکوتین این روند را بسیار طولانی و سخت می‌نماید.
Français : Le sevrage tabagique est l'arrêt de la consommation de tabac, dans le but de s'affranchir de la dépendance induite. Bien que le sevrage du tabac puisse être spontané, il existe plusieurs aides, essentiellement destinées à arrêter de fumer.
