Polski: Skoda 105S z lat 1983-1988 w Szczecinie
English: Skoda 105S from years 1983-1988 in Szczecin.
Français : Désignée en interne sous le matricule 742, la Škoda 105 voit le jour en 76 et reprend une architecture déjà dépassée à l’époque, un ensemble moteur/entrainement des roues AR (propulsion) que le constructeur tchécoslovaque pratique depuis les séries 1000 de 1964 !
Le début des années 1980 voit, comme chez beaucoup de concurrents, l’arrivée massive d’éléments plastiques avec calandre et pare-chocs moulés dans ce matériau, ce qui transforme radicalement la ligne sans l’alléger pour autant. Produites à plus de 2 millions d’exemplaires jusque 1990, la 105 et ses soeurs 120-130 connaissent une honnête carrière à l’export où on les retrouve aux 4 coins de la planète, de la Scandinavie à l’Océanie, jouissant en cela d’une meilleure réputation que les autres voitures de l’Est. Au Royaume-Uni (120 000 véhicules écoulés en 13 ans de commercialisation) et en Grèce elles ont même droit à un nom de baptême original, respectivement Estelle et Target. |
