Parc René-Lévesque, Musée plein-air de Lachine Cinq jambes de titans s'alignent sur la rive, tournant les talons au fleuve et marquant chacune un moment d'arrêt. Piliers ou bornes, leur structure particulière laisse voir entre les mailles d'acier, les pierres qui s'y entassent et leur confèrent leur densité. «Site/interlude» est une réflexion sur le temps et sur le cheminement. Une sculpture qui associe le trajet du promeneur découvrant un à un les éléments de l'œuvre et le passage des eaux du fleuve. Au cours de ses voyages en Grèce, l'artiste remarquait que dans plusieurs sites archéologiques, les jambes et les pieds sont souvent les seuls vestiges qui restent des statues anciennes. Les membres inférieurs supportent chez l'humain tout le poids du corps et ce sont les pieds qui constituent pour l'homme le point de contact avec les énergies terrestres. L'ensemble de l'œuvre ne peut être appréhendé autrement que par un parcours allant de l'une à l'autre de ces parties. La répartition des cinq composantes sur le site et le vaste espace qui les sépare, oblige le spectateur à s'inscrire lui-même dans une déambulation d'une durée relative. La répétition de la forme est à l'image de la succession des pas que nécessite cette avancée. La jambe fait figure de balise le long d'un sentier qui devient ainsi une métaphore de la ligne du temps.
