Русский: Силосная башня в Слудах. Построена она была в Слудах в конце 50-х - начале 60-х годов 20 века рядом с коровником и предназначалась для хранения силоса - сочного корма для животных, который получали путём заквашивания свежей травы. Конструкцию этой башни подглядел где-то в Прибалтике тогдашний председатель колхоза Дмитрий Васильевич Погудалов. Он и решил перенять опыт и построить в деревне Слуды такую высокую круглую конструкцию. После постройки башни в неё стали закладывать силос. Траву мельчили саморезкой, потом по высокому транспортёру подавали наверх, а вверху был "хобот", по которому измельчённая трава сыпалась в башню. Сначала внутрь башни в окошко запихнули небольшого бычка, чтобы тот уминал траву, но бычок был лёгким, проваливался, а трава не уминалась. Потом рабочие по наряду сами топтались в башне, приминали измельчённую траву и солили её. Башню заполняли травой примерно наполовину, а зимой из специальных окошек доярки брали из неё силос.
Силосная башня проработала несколько лет, потом траву стали закладывать в силосные траншеи, где её уже уминал гусеничный трактор |
