English: A U.S. Navy Sikorsky HO4S helicopter on the fantail of the heavy cruiser USS Newport News (CA-148), in 1963. Newport News was the flagship of the Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet and of the Commander, (NATO) Strike Fleet Atlantic, Vice Admiral Charles B. Martell, in 1963.
