עברית: כתב המלצה לשוחט מאת רבי יעקב שמחה רעפיש אב"ד קעמפנא. כתב המלצה בכתב יד הגאון רבי יעקב שמחה רעפיש אב"ד קעמפנא לשוחט מקעמפנא שנדד לעיר אחרת למצוא פרנסה . במכתבו משנת תרל"ב משבח רבי יעקב שמחה את השו"ב כי עשה מלאכתו נאמנה והוא ירא שמים, וניתן לאכול משחיטתו ללא חשש.
