Description
Deutsch: In der Liste zur Anfrage im Abgeordnetenhaus[1] ist für 2015 noch ein „Brunnen Sigmaringer Straße 5a (10713)“ erfasst. Im September 2018 wurden zwischen Gasteiner und Wegenerstraße keinerlei Spuren des vormaligen Straßenbrunnens auf dem östlichen Gehweg gefunden. Auf dem Bild von Juli 2008 steht vor dem Haus 5a (Zahnärztliche Praxis) noch der Schliephackebrunnen. Seine Lage entspricht dem Verlauf der vormaligen Bordsteinkante, bevor um 1985 die Fahrbahn der Sigmaringer Straße verkehrsberuhigt und der Fußweg verbreitert wurde. Am ehemaligen Pumpenstandort am Übergang im Schrittfahr-Bereich befindet sich gegenüber der Zugang zur Comeniusschule (Gieseler Straße 4[2]) und der Hans-Fechner-Schule (seit 2003 zur Cäcilienschule[3]). Nach Süden zur Gasteiner Straße steht die Sporthalle (Sigmaringer Straße 4) und der um 1963 benannte Habermannplatz mit Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück Gasteiner Straße 15.
