Description
Deutsch: Abschrift und nachgemalte anhängende Siegel an einer Urkunde aus dem Jahre 1356 von Burchard und Jan (Henning) de Berwinkel mit der Familie Smalian. – „Burchard von Barwinkel und sein Neffe Henning versichern, daß Hennings Bruder Burchard von Barwinkel den Braunschweiger Bürger Henning Smalian und dessen Bruder Anno aus Osterwieck unentgeldlich mit dem Lehngut, das sie innehaben, belehnen wird, sobald er mündig wird. 23. Juni 1356“. – Die Siegel in gelbem Wachs zeigen einen Wolf springend über zwei Korngarben. In: „Singularia Magdeburgica, oder Merkwürdigkeiten aus der Magdeburgischen Historie“ von Samuel Walther, 1738, Band 8, Seite 218.
