Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Ships anchored in the River Fal, near to Trelissick, Cornwall, Great Britain. 1982 was a year of depression in the shipping industry, and many vessels were taken out of active commission and anchored in safe havens, such as the River Fal, where no charges would be payable.
