English: Sherwood Pines Forest Park This area of the forest appeared to have suffered only light damage in the storms of January 2007, though it may have been that many of the fallen trees had already been cleared away. Around 70,000 trees came down in the park, & while most will be cleared, some will be left to provide a habitat for wildlife.
