Description
English: Sherlock Holmes Statue, Edinburgh. Arthur Conan Doyle was born in Picardy Place although his birthplace no longer stands. This statue of his most famous creation was created by Gerald Ogilvie Laing in 1989 and placed close to where his birthplace stood.
