Description
Deutsch: Die Penis-Pumpe erzeugt ein Vakuum, welches das Blut in den Penis strömen läßt und so eine Erektion hervorruft, auch wenn keine sexuelle Erregung gegeben ist.

Ist der Unterdruck stark genug und wird lange genug aufrecht erhalten, schwillt der Penis und insbesondere die Penis-Vorhaut über das normale Maß an, was eine geringfügige Verlängerung und oftmals einen deutlichen Umfangzuwachs hervorruft.

Dieser Größenzuwachs ist aber in der Regel nicht von Dauer.

Es gibt aber wissenschaftlich nicht belegte Hypothesen, die einen ständigen Größenzuwachs bei regelmäßiger Anwendung nicht ausschließen.

Ein Argument ist, dass durch die Überdehnung der Penis-Schwellkörper, Zellen im Schwellkörper platzen und bei der wiederholten Verheilung den Größenzuwachs verursachen.

Achtung: Ist der Unterdruck zu stark und wird er zu lange aufrecht erhalten, kann der Penis ein unförmiges Aussehen annehmen und im schlimmsten Fall können Gefäße im Penis platzen, die zu einem Hämatom (Bluterguss) führen.
