Description |
English: Seven studies of 'Orlando'-class armoured cruisers and torpedo boats The larger twin-funnelled vessels are 'Orlando'-class armoured cruisers. There were seven vessels in the class, all launched in 1886 or 1887, and they were all sold for scrap between 1905 and 1907. The smaller two-funnelled vessel looks like a paddle tug. The other sketches show first- and second-class torpedo boats of the 1880s. |
