Description
English: ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, Va. - Congresswoman Corrine Brown, speaking, introduces Sgt. Maj. Angela Maness, the soon to be first female sergeant major of Marine Barracks Washington, during the Women in the Military Wreath Laying Ceremony, May 22. Maness was chosen as the Marine Corps honoree, along with women representing each of the other branches of the armed forces.
