Description
English: Bexhill Heritage replaced the original plaque in February 2024. Inscription: Borough of Bexhill. This shelter has been generously donated by David Macbeth of Cooden to provide means of rest and to give comfort to blind persons visiting this scented garden. Members of the public are therefore kindly requested to give the blind precedence in the use of this shelter March 31st 1952.
