Objekt war bis 2015 als Baudenkmal ausgewiesen. Deutsch: Seestermühe - Dorfstraße 46 - umgebautes Fachhallenhaus - ehem. Hof Früchtenicht - Das reetgedeckte Fachhallenhaus liegt traufenseitig zur Dorfstraße. Es ist das ehemalige Wohn- und Wirtschaftsgebäude des Hofs Früchtenicht. Der abgebildete Vollgiebel (ehemaliger Wirtschaftstrakt) ist bis oben gemauert, während die Gegenseite (ehemaliger Wohntrakt) einen oben verschalten Vollgiebel aufweist. - Die Hofstelle wurde schon 1572 erwähnt, das sagt aber nichts über das Baujahr des Hauses aus. In den 1970er Jahren stellten Früchtenichts die Landwirtschaft ein, 2003 verkauften sie das Haus an Familie Rieck. - Das Haus wurde in Absprache mit der Denkmalschutzbehörde als reines Wohnhaus umgebaut. Dabei wurden die alten Fenster aufgearbeitet und in der Außenansicht erhalten, wie auch die Türen zu den Mistgängen. Die Grootdör hat man ausgebaut und durch ein Fensterelement ersetzt. Die neu eingebaute breite Fledermausgaube veränderte zwar die ursprüngliche Dachform, machte aber das Obergeschoss als Wohnraum nutzbar. |
