English: Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken and AfghanEvac founder Shawn VanDiver participate in a Memorandum of Understanding signing at the National Museum for American Diplomacy in the Department of State in Washington, DC, on June 12, 2023. The Memorandum of Understanding signing, hosted by Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts (CARE) Mara Tekach, is meant to recognize the ongoing efforts of the hundreds of volunteers in the AfghanEvac coalition to relocate and resettle eligible Afghan allies and their family members.
