The Seattle Hotel (or Hotel Seattle), demolished in the 1960s. Now a multi-story car park on this location.
Hotel Seattle sign
Butler Hotel, then a Prohibition-era hot spot. Closed 1933, partially demolished (the lower two floors remain). Now a few shops at ground level, and otherwise a multi-story car park.
Florence Theatre. The building is still extant, but no longer a theater. Its last two incarnations as a theater were as a porn cinema called Roger Forbes Palace (c. 1970s - early 1980s), and as one of the several venues of the mid-market Pioneer Square Theater, where the 1980s musical Angry Housewives premiered and ran for over a year.
