Description

Buildings visible along the water (from left to right) includes the Grand Trunk Pacific Dock, the Colman Dock, Pier 2 and Pier 1. St. James Cathedral can be seen at the top of the hill on the left and Smith Tower appears on the right with the King County Courthouse behind it.

The possible date range for this is pretty narrow, because the Smith Tower is completed, but St. James Cathedral still has its dome.
