Ultimately from a copy of Seattle and the Orient (more properly, Seattle …and the… Orient), a 1900 "souvenir" pamphlet edited and compiled by Alfred D. Bowen and published by The Times Printing Company (that is, the Seattle Times).

Image found as a GIF at http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/special/centennial/january/photo/orient_book.html (on the site of the Seattle Times) and converted to PNG.
Author Book edited and compiled by Alfred D. Bowen. As far as I can tell, cover design is uncredited.
