ไทย: เครื่องหมายราชการแห่งกระทรวงแรงงาน ภายในรูปวงกลมมีรูปเทพบดีถือพระขรรค์รักษาความเป็นธรรมอยู่กลาง พระหัตถ์ขวาประสาทพร เทวดาอยู่เบื้องซ้ายถือม้วนสาราเปรียบเหมือนนายจ้าง และเทวดาเบื้องซ้ายถือผึ่งและดิ่ง เปรียบเหมือนลูกจ้าง ทั้งสามองค์เหาะลอยเปล่งรัศมีอยู่เหนือลายเมฆ หมายถึงความสามัคคีร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันทุกฝ่าย เพื่อความเจริญก้าวหน้าในกิจการงานอันมีประสิทธิภาพของชาติ ตรานี้มีฐานะเป็นตราราชการ กำหนดอยู่ในประกาศสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี เรื่อง กำหนดภาพเครื่องหมายตราราชการ ตามพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องหมายราชการ พุทธศักราช 2482 (ฉบับที่ 195) ลงวันที่ 4 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2546 ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เล่ม 120 ตอนที่ 61 ง วันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2546 หน้า 1
