Summary

[edit]
Description
English: "Scotch plaids promise to become popular for early spring wear. The gown shown here is of gold and blue plaid mohair. The strappings are of blue taffeta, with gold stitchery. The three-piece skirt, with the panel front continuing as a graduated flounce, has an inverted plait in the back. A box plait strap covers the shoulder seam of the bolero waist. The three-quarter bell sleeve is finished with shaped bands of stitched taffeta. A blue bodice is worn with the suit. The same coloring is carried out in the tailor hat."
