Description EPA Scientists Collect water samples for analysis. The Source Water Collaborative, formed in 2006, combines member organizations’ strengths to protect drinking water sources for generations to come. Twenty-five national organizations have united to protect America’s drinking water at the source –lakes, rivers, streams and aquifers.
