Description

A shiny, copper tank at Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri, fermenting the OSB.

John Hudson, head brewer at Schouskjelleren, has developed a number of new beers to be brewed and served on draught at the brewpub:

- Hiphops: An English style IPA, with a bigger malt body but softer hops than its US counterparts. - OSB: The Oslo Special Bitter, a 5.4% abv bitter. - Garden of Eden: A smooth ale spiced with dates, lemongrass and ginger! - Stout: A full bodied but low-alcohol (4.7% abv) stout with plenty of chocolate malt.

In addition to the 500 liter tanks, John will also brew smaller, experimental batches that will be sold at the bar from cornelius kegs.
