Description
Deutsch: Dies ist ein Schaubild zur subfaszialen Methode der Brustvergrößerung. Das Implantat wird dabei direkt innerhalb des Muskelstrumpfs und unter die den Muskel bedeckende, sogenannte Faszien-Schicht einsetzen und somit in den Muskel gelegt. Die zeitaufwendigere und seltenere Operationsmethode verspricht ein verringertes Risiko der Kapselfibrose sowie in optisch und haptisch natürlicheres Ergebnis als bei der Lagerung vor oder hinter dem Muskel.
